Less than Container Load (LCL): LCL, an abbreviation of Less than Container Load, refers to small ocean freight shipment that is not require the capacity of an ocean container. An individual or freight forwarder may create a "Consolidation" by putting together multiple LCL shipments.
Crowdshipping: sometimes referred to as crowd logistics, applies the concept of crowdsourcing to the personalized delivery of Air freight. Crowdshipping can be conceived as an example of people using social networking to behave collaboratively and share services and assets for the greater goods of the community, as well as for their own personal benefit.
Ocean freight: Less than Container Load (LCL)
After sign up, the sender will look for an ad. Having first selected the mode of transport by ocean consolidation (LCL).

Process for posting an ad of collaborative freight
1. I publish an ad

2. Booking request confirmation
With each booking request, the platform sends me a confirmation request to accept or refuse within 48 hours.
3. Sender book and pay online
Each time a reservation, the platform sends to the Sender the contact details of the shipper and safety instructions.
4. I meet with the Sender
I meet the Sender; I follow the safety instructions and I retrieve his parcel.
5. I deliver the parcel
On arrival, I give the parcel to the Recipient and he gives me the"Booking Code."
6. I receive my money
To get paid, through the platform, my Personal Space, payment and transaction, I fill in the"Booking Code."
7. I contribute to the community
I help the community by giving a rating to the Sender. The sender does the same by giving a rating to the shipper.
Booking process, what happens?
1. I am looking for an ad for a collaborative freight
I search through the platform and select the ad that suits me (Air freight or Ocean freight).
2. Booking request confirmation
I await the acceptance of my booking request by the shipper who will be done within 48 hours.
3. I book and pay online
I reserve by indicating the weight of my parcel or the volume of my goods and I pay online. The platform will send me the details of the shipper, the "Booking Code" and the security instructions to respect.
4. I meet the shipper
I meet the shipper; I follow the safety instructions and I give him my parcel or goods.
5. I transmit the"Booking Code."
I communicate the "Booking Code" to the Recipient of my parcel or goods.
6. I contribute to the community
After delivery of the parcel or goods, I help the community by giving a rating.
